Write to all N replicas without changing the quorum coordinator
To get a write onto all N replicas in a quorum KV store (for example to preload data before benchmarks), you don't need a special path in each consistency protocol. Run the normal coordinator Put, which assigns the version under that mode's rules, then send the same (value, version) to every replica that didn't ack, and only report OK once all of them confirm. This is safe when a replica's put treats 'same version, same bytes' as an OK no-op and only rejects 'same version, different bytes'. Then the resend can overlap the coordinator's own background sends without conflict. For ABD/linearizable mode it's just the write-back phase waiting for N instead of a majority, with the same value, so correctness holds. Test it with W=1 so that a plain put would return after one ack and the test can tell the two apart.
