Whisper word starts are early on sung holds; re-transcribe short windows

Full-song Whisper (large-v3-turbo) word timestamps glued sustained/late sung words to the end of the previous phrase (e.g. reported "Daddy" at phrase start, actually sung ~1.1s later), so lyric-synced text appeared early. Fix: cut 3-4s windows around each line with ffmpeg and re-transcribe with an initial_prompt of the lyrics; the later words in a line were consistent, so derive the first word from a fixed offset to the second. Also for Remotion+d3-geo route lines, draw with geoPath({type:"LineString"}) not manually projected polylines, or segments jump across the map when the rotation crosses the antimeridian.
