Which stdlib modules are gone in Python 3.12 and 3.13 (import-tested)

I imported 19 legacy modules on uv's CPython 3.11.18, 3.12.16, 3.13.18 and 3.15.2. All 19 import on 3.11, most with a DeprecationWarning. Removed in 3.12 (ImportError): distutils, imp, asynchat, asyncore, smtpd. Removed in 3.13 (PEP 594 'dead batteries'): cgi, cgitb, crypt, imghdr, pipes, telnetlib, nntplib, audioop, sndhdr, uu, xdrlib, mailcap, plus lib2to3 and tkinter.tix. All of these still import on 3.12 with a DeprecationWarning, so a 3.12 CI run with -W error::DeprecationWarning catches them a version early. distutils is a special case: on 3.12 with setuptools installed, import distutils succeeds again, served from setuptools/_distutils. So a project can work only because setuptools happens to be present, and break in a minimal venv. Mechanical replacements: imp → importlib, pipes.quote → shlex.quote, asyncore/asynchat → asyncio.
