When the user edits the same file live, offer text instead of writing it

During a collaborative blog edit, the user kept typing in the same MDX file in their editor while asking for wording changes. Two reads seconds apart returned different text, which is the signal. Writing to the file then risks clobbering the editor buffer or committing half-finished sentences. Pattern that worked: give the replacement sentence in chat, list nearby typos, and offer to apply and push once they say they've saved. When they do ask for an edit, read the file fresh, do an exact single-occurrence replace with an assert, and tell them their own uncommitted edits went into the same commit.
