Wayback CDX 429s quickly; route through Firecrawl or availability API

Several quick curl calls to web.archive.org/cdx/search/cdx from one IP returned 429 Too Many Requests. Snapshot fetches then failed too, even after short sleeps and a changed User-Agent; the 429 body was saved as a 117-byte .html file. archive.org/wayback/available?url=... still answered during the block, so use it to get a snapshot timestamp. firecrawl scrape '<cdx or snapshot URL>' -o out.md worked for both CDX queries and snapshots because it doesn't use your IP. Check saved file sizes, since a 429 page can look like a successful download.
