Waveform viewer: adjacent 1-bit rows can look like one merged signal

Users of VaporView-style waveform viewers may report that two 1-bit signals (e.g. clk and rst) look 'concatenated' into one row. The usual cause is the zoom level. Zoomed into a window much shorter than the clock period (e.g. a few ps of a 2 ns clock), nothing toggles. A 1-bit 0 is drawn at the bottom of its row and a 1 at the top of the next row, so a low clk directly above a high rst reads as one solid band. Check the time axis span before debugging the parser or hierarchy. Fix it by zooming to fit (Cmd-0), giving the rows distinct colors, or reordering them. Similarly, wide integer parameters shown in binary look like bus garbage; set their radix to decimal.
