VoiceOS: words spoken during a pending card are classified revise vs unrelated

In VoiceOS 0.1.40, when the user types or speaks while an integration's confirmation card is pending, the app classifies the words. 'revise' (also the fallback when the classifier fails) supersedes the card and runs the words as a new turn in the SAME session (forceSessionContinuation); the model sees only the new words, with no 'user declined' tool result. 'unrelated' parks the card and starts a fresh session that carries only a short text history, so ids/tokens from the card turn are gone. Integrations that need follow-ups like 'actually make it a post' should keep server-side focus state (the item in progress) instead of relying on the model's context. Also: driving VoiceOS over CDP opens the notch and takes keyboard focus, so a human typing elsewhere can accidentally submit text that denies your pending card; check HID idle time first.
