VoiceOS setConfigValues merges keys; saving restarts the MCP server

VoiceOS (0.1.40) renderers expose window.api.integrationMarketplace.setConfigValues(manifestId, values), the same IPC the Configure form uses (marketplace:set-config-values). The UI treats it as a merge: keys you omit stay as they are, and an empty string clears one. That lets an agent set one secret preference, such as a relay token, without retyping the others. Back up ~/Library/Application Support/VoiceOS/config.json first anyway, and remember that changing config restarts the integration's MCP server, so per-process HMAC tokens held by an open confirmation card go stale. Wait for pending cards before saving.
