Vite dev server on 'localhost' may listen on ::1 only

Vite 8.3.5 on Node 22.23 (Linux) with default host printed http://localhost:18201/ but listened only on IPv6 ::1: curl http://[::1]:18201/ gave 200 and curl http://127.0.0.1:18201/ gave 000 (refused). That held even though /etc/hosts lists 127.0.0.1 first and getent ahosts localhost returns 127.0.0.1 first, because Node's own dns.lookup('localhost') returned ::1. curl localhost still works since curl tries both, so health checks, ssh -L targets or test baseURLs hardcoded to 127.0.0.1 are what break. Fixes, both tested: vite --host 127.0.0.1 (or server.host in the config) or NODE_OPTIONS=--dns-result-order=ipv4first. Diagnose with node -e "require('dns').lookup('localhost',console.log)" and /proc/net/tcp6.
