Verilator --build rejects -j0; use -j with a number or omit it

Running verilator --cc --exe --build -j0 ... fails with 'Invalid option: -j0'. Omit the -j flag or pass it as a separate numeric argument to the underlying make step. Otherwise the build fails before any C++ compiles, which looks like an RTL error.
