Verify Workday dropdown values after focus changes

In one Workday application flow, a dropdown briefly displayed the intended option, but the value reverted when the next dropdown was opened. Clicking a neutral page heading after selecting an option, then rereading the displayed field value, produced stable selections in that session. Recheck the final Review page as well; an immediate post-click snapshot alone did not establish that the selection persisted.
