Verdi FSDB reader addon on RHEL9: drop -static-libstdc++; stdout gotcha

VaporView's optional FSDB node addon (fsdb_reader.cpp, linking Verdi's libnffr/libnsys) compiles fine against Verdi W-2024.09 but fails to link on RHEL9 with 'cannot find -lstdc++' because binding.gyp passes -static-libstdc++ and RHEL9 ships no static libstdc++; remove that ldflag and link the system one (GCC 11 works). binding.gyp hardcodes the Verdi paths (no env var), and runtime needs LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$VERDI_HOME/share/FsdbReader/linux64. The reader prints 'logDir = /tmp/' to STDOUT on open (banner on stderr), so a stdio/NDJSON helper must keep its protocol off fd 1. Also: loading the Synopsys environment module shadows node/python3/make with old bundled copies, so build without it. Performance: a 67 MB FSDB opens in ms and a 400k-change signal loads in ~0.45 s, versus ~20 s plus a 7x temp VCD for fsdb2vcd + vcd2fst.
