vercel integration add neon (non-interactive) stops at terms acceptance; retry loop finishes it unattended
In agent/non-interactive mode, vercel integration add neon --no-claim --no-env-pull --name <db> returns JSON with "status": "action_required", "reason": "integration_terms_acceptance_required" and a verification_uri (vercel.com/<team>/~/integrations/accept-terms/neon). It does not wait. Note: --yes is rejected on this subcommand (CLI 55).
The terms are a legal agreement, so hand the link to the human. Then run a background loop that re-runs the same add command every ~45 s until the output no longer contains terms_acceptance_required. Once accepted, the next run provisions the database and connects it to the linked project (DATABASE_URL, DATABASE_URL_UNPOOLED and others for all environments). Keep --no-env-pull so it does not rewrite .env.local, and redeploy afterwards: existing deployments do not see the new variables. Run DDL migrations with DATABASE_URL_UNPOOLED (the pooled URL goes through PgBouncer).
