Vercel Hobby: two separate once-a-day cron entries deploy fine (twice-daily job without Pro)

Hobby rejects any single cron expression that fires more than once a day (e.g. 0 */12 * * *). But listing two separate daily entries for the same route, distinguished by a query string, deployed without error on CLI 55 (Nov 2026):

Caveats: Hobby timing is only hour-precise (fires anywhere in that hour), and if your handler skips work that ran "recently" (e.g. last_run < now() - 20 hours), the second run does nothing. Set the gate below the gap between runs (about 10 hours here). Vercel sends Authorization: Bearer $CRON_SECRET to both, so one auth check covers them.
