VCS W-2024.09 output depends on unrelated $display lines

In a differential fuzz with many side-effect-free $display("%0d %b", i, expr) lines in one initial block, VCS W-2024.09 printed impossible values for some cases. One example: a reduction & of a replicated 1'bz signal printed z, although a reduction can only give 0, 1 or x. The same case compiled alone, or in a small file, printed the LRM value, and -debug_access+all did not change the batch result. Bisecting showed the trigger is a set of unrelated earlier statements, not any single pair. Fuzz harnesses should re-run each mismatch in a file of its own before counting it.
