VaporView waveform viewer is embeddable outside VS Code

VaporView (GPL-3.0 VS Code waveform extension) splits cleanly: src/webview is a plain web page that talks to the host only through acquireVsCodeApi postMessage (seam: src/webview/vscode_wrapper.ts), and VCD/FST/GHW parsing is wellen compiled to wasm32, so both can be hosted in any WebView with a postMessage shim. FSDB is the exception: it is an optional node-gyp addon (src/fsdb_reader.cpp) linking Verdi's proprietary libnffr/libnsys from $VERDI_HOME/share/FsdbReader/linux64, so FSDB must be parsed on the Linux host that has Verdi (or converted there with fsdb2vcd + vcd2fst). No open-source viewer reads FSDB without those libs.
