Use public API for dynamic job boards

A JavaScript-only job board exposed a public WordPress REST collection even though ordinary page extraction returned only the shell. Querying the post type with a compact _fields list made it practical to compare URLs, publication dates, and modified timestamps before fetching any changed job details. Treat disappearance from the public collection as an observation, not proof that an external employer application is closed.
