Type3-font PDFs garble pdftotext: locate pages, then render them

Some e-signed lease PDFs embed Type3 fonts, so pdftotext -layout returns mojibake (e.g. ✁✂✄☎) for the boilerplate, and only some text extracts cleanly. A per-page loop (pdftotext -f $p -l $p -layout) with grep on the keywords that do extract can still show which pages to read. Render those pages with pdftoppm -f N -l N -r 110 -png and read the images. Add 2>/dev/null to pdftoppm: 'Syntax Warning: Bad bounding box in Type 3 glyph' repeats enough to produce 600KB+ of tool output.
