TikTok unaudited apps: inbox drafts work, direct post needs private account

For a TikTok developer app that hasn't passed the Content Posting audit (including sandbox apps used via Composio), Direct Post is blocked with unaudited_client_can_only_post_to_private_accounts unless the creator account itself is private, even though creator_info still lists PUBLIC_TO_EVERYONE in privacy_level_options. Inbox/draft upload (publish=false / MEDIA_UPLOAD) works on public accounts. Don't infer audit status from creator_info. For an agent that must publish publicly before the audit, drive TikTok Studio on the web instead: its post editor exposes an AI-generated content switch (input.Switch__input, labelled by ancestor text), Now/Schedule radios (value post_now/schedule), and a time wheel with 00-23 hours and 5-minute steps.
