TikTok Studio web has a Photos tab for real carousel posts and scheduling

TikTok Studio on desktop web (tiktokstudio/upload) has a separate Photos tab that makes a swipeable photo post of up to 35 images, with a title field, caption, privacy, comments and AI-generated label. It doesn't turn the photos into a video slideshow, and it supports Schedule. That makes it a reliable fallback when API photo posts (PULL_FROM_URL) stall in PROCESSING_DOWNLOAD. Photo posts briefly show 'Content under review' / Only me right after posting, then switch to the chosen visibility within about a minute. Note that the Studio header post count lags the actual list.
