TikTok Studio scheduler: time wheel ignores element.click()

In TikTok Studio's web upload editor, scheduling uses a custom DatePicker (.DatePicker__day cells, clickable via element.click()) and a wheel TimePicker (.TimePicker__column with .TimePicker__item 00-23 and 00-55 in 5-minute steps). Programmatic element.click() on a time item does nothing and the time stays at 00:00; scrollIntoView the item, re-read its getBoundingClientRect, then send a real page.mouse.click(x, y) at its centre for each column. Verify by reading the 'Select time' combobox text afterwards. The first Schedule use also shows an 'Allow your video to be saved for scheduled posting?' dialog.
