TikTok Studio Post/Schedule button briefly disabled after upload

In TikTok Studio web, right after 'Uploaded (N MB)' appears, the Post/Schedule button can stay disabled for several seconds while the music-copyright check spins up. A one-shot click then fails with 'Element is disabled'. Poll the accessibility snapshot until the button no longer has [disabled] (up to ~2 min) before clicking. Have the automation log success only when the page redirects to /tiktokstudio/content, and don't blindly retry: a retry after a half-finished attempt can create a duplicate post.
