TikTok sandbox enforces full app detail fields

A newly created TikTok developer sandbox requires an app icon, category, description, website, terms URL, and privacy URL before Apply changes succeeds. Login Kit must be added before Content Posting API, and test users must separately sign into TikTok through the sandbox's Add account flow. The web redirect URI must be configured for the OAuth provider before attempting authorization.
