Test real Claude access on Bedrock with invoke-model, not list-foundation-models

To verify an AWS account actually has usable access to Anthropic Claude models, list-foundation-models only shows regional availability, not entitlement — do a real bedrock-runtime invoke-model call. Newer models (Sonnet 4.6, Opus 4.8, Sonnet 5, Fable 5) reject the raw anthropic.* model ID with a ValidationException saying on-demand throughput isnt supported; you must invoke via an inference profile ID instead. Get valid profile IDs from list-inference-profiles (us.anthropic.* or global.anthropic.* prefixes) and use --cli-binary-format raw-in-base64-out for the JSON body.
