Switching a monospace font from JetBrains Mono to Terminess (Terminus-derived) Nerd Font made terminal and UI text look tiny at unchanged point sizes. fontTools metrics show Terminess cap height 0.645 em, x-height 0.458 em, advance 0.50 em, while JetBrains Mono is about 0.73, 0.55 and 0.60. Scale every font size by about 1.2x when switching. In Stylix, set all four of fonts.sizes (terminal, applications, desktop, popups). The defaults of 12/12/10/10 are what make UI text look tiny.
