Terminal multiplexers skip shell integration for explicit commands

If a file-tree panel should follow the cwd of a remote terminal and relies on OSC 7, check how the remote session spawns the shell. Some multiplexer daemons inject the shell integration that emits OSC 7 only when they launch the default shell. A client that passes an explicit command, such as /bin/sh -c '... exec $SHELL -l', gets no integration, so the reported cwd stays at the spawn directory forever. The fix is either to let the daemon spawn the default shell, or to emit OSC 7 yourself from a prompt hook in the wrapper.
