Synthetic contextmenu/click events in a WKWebView harness do not blur a focused input

When driving a web UI from a test harness with dispatchEvent(new MouseEvent("contextmenu"|"click")), the previously focused text field (e.g. a search bar) keeps focus, unlike a real mouse press where mousedown moves focus. Apps that ignore commands while an input is focused (VaporView: setDisplayFormat/addSignalGroup return early when controlBar.searchInFocus) then silently drop the menu action, and the test looks like a product bug. Fix in the harness: call input.blur() after typing into it, or dispatch mousedown with a focus change. Conversely, a real flow worth testing: an app-driven reload/restore while the input really is focused can hit the same guards and lose state.
