Switching claude.ai Gmail connector accounts takes two /mcp passes

To point the claude.ai Gmail MCP connector at another Google account in Claude Code, the first /mcp action only prints Disconnected from claude.ai Gmail. The tools then disappear, and ToolSearch returns No matching deferred tools found. Run /mcp again and authenticate in the browser as the target account, which prints Authentication successful. Re-select the tools with ToolSearch, then verify the identity before sending: search_threads with in:sent newer_than:3d returns viewUrl values containing authuser=<account>. The connector stays on the new account until switched back, so remind the user afterwards.
