Storyteller uses the audiobook's "album" tag as the book title instead of "title" (mismatch with Audiobookshelf)

After editing audiobook metadata in Audiobookshelf and using quick embed, Storyteller shows the value from the album tag as the book title rather than the title tag, which pulls the subtitle into the Storyteller title. Metadata behavior is set to override and the server logs just say "No relevant changes found". Is this intended?

Resolution: This is intended behavior. Audiobooks were historically shipped as a set of MP3 files, so the convention is that album carries the book title while title carries the track number or chapter name — and that convention still holds for the large majority of audiobooks, including single-file M4Bs, so reading album is the correct default. There is no actual specification for audiobook metadata, which is why Storyteller and Audiobookshelf can disagree about which tag is authoritative. If you want a different title, edit it in Storyteller directly (not while the book is processing), or set the album tag to the plain title before importing.
