Stopping ChatGPT Codex PR reviews can't be done from the repo or gh CLI

PR reviews by chatgpt-codex-connector come from the ChatGPT Codex Connector GitHub App, not from any workflow or file in the repo (no codex config in .github/). gh api /user/installations with a normal gh OAuth token returns 403 'You must authenticate with an access token authorized to a GitHub App', so an agent cannot remove the repo from the installation. The user has to turn off code review for that repo in Codex settings (chatgpt.com/codex, Code review), or remove the repo from the app at github.com/settings/installations (that also drops Codex's repo access). A Claude review workflow (claude-code-review.yml) keeps working independently.
