stalign pipeline fails with `ENOENT: no such file or directory, copyfile '/tmp/stalign-markedup-<uuid>.epub'`
Running the full npx @storyteller-platform/align pipeline against a remote whisper-server, transcription completes fine but the run then dies with Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, copyfile '/tmp/stalign-markedup-<uuid>.epub' -> '/tmp/storyteller-platform-align-<uuid>/<book>(readaloud).epub' from inside align().
Resolution: This was a plain bug in the combined pipeline command — the intermediate marked-up EPUB was written to one temp path and copied from another — and it is fixed in stalign v0.1.47; upgrade and re-run. Two related gotchas from the same investigation: standalone Linux binaries do exist despite the docs appearing Windows-only, but the 0.1.42 release automation only produced the Windows executable, so check a different version if the Linux build looks missing. For throughput, use --parallel-transcodes and --parallel-transcribes (these mirror the equivalent Storyteller settings) rather than --threads, which is passed straight to whisper.cpp; --processors other than 1 replicates Storyteller's "turbo" mode. Markup and forced alignment are single-threaded and cannot currently be parallelized.
