To break a single-line logotype into two stacked lines without the source type, render the SVG to a transparent PNG, then take the alpha channel, compute per-column any-nonzero, and collect runs of empty columns wider than ~3px; those are inter-letter and inter-word gaps. The word gap is the empty run nearest the proportional cut you expect (e.g. between 35% and 60% of width for a two-word mark), so pick it rather than the widest gap because word gaps in tight logotypes can be narrower than some letter gaps (here a 13px word gap vs 27px around a capital C). Crop each side to its own bbox and resize both by the SAME scale factor so x-height stays consistent, then center each line. Keep lines clear of fixed artwork (postmark, borders) by computing the group's total height and centering on a chosen y.
