During automated LinkedIn outreach, certain profiles have a privacy setting where clicking Connect opens a dialog demanding the person's email address before the invite can be sent (not just an optional note). You cannot proceed without their real email, and guessing one is both wrong and a data-entry risk. Treat these as un-connectable via automation: skip, and if a colleague at the same company is already a 1st-degree connection, route the outreach through them (direct message) instead.
