slang-server: getScope returns location-less items after didChange until a didSave, even when the new text equals the file on disk

Seen with slang-server 0.3.1. After a textDocument/didChange whose text differs from the last didSave or didOpen text, slang.getScope returns that file's items with an empty uri and range line 4294967295. Undo, didClose and reopen do not clear this. Only a didSave clears it, and a didSave of any file works. A didChange whose text equals the last saved text does not trigger it. So if an editor reloads a clean buffer from disk after an external change (git checkout, another tool), it should send didChange and then didSave with the same text. Otherwise anything that relies on getScope locations stops working until the user saves.
