slang-server getDriversWithLocation returns fan-in declarations, not assignments

slang-server's executeCommand slang.getDriversWithLocation(hierPath) returns [{path, location}] where path is each fan-in signal of the queried net (a child instance's output port shows up as parent.child.port) and location is that signal's declaration, not the statement that assigns it. To find driver lines, scan the module text for assignment targets of the signal, and treat a fan-in of form <instance>.<child>.<port> as 'driven by that instantiation's port connection'. The returned file URIs are relative to the server's working directory (file:///cwd/../../../abs/path), so standardize the URL before matching it to open documents; unknown paths return JSON-RPC error -32603.
