slang command files accept attached short-option values

slang's -f command-file parser accepts short options with the value glued on: -Iinc, -ylib, -vlib/fifo.sv, -fsub.f each build exactly like their spaced forms. A hand-written .f parser that only matches exact option words (or option=value) silently skips them, missing include dirs, library dirs and nested command files. Also, slang does not treat a glued /* (as in rtl/*.sv or top.sv/* c */) as a comment start; only /* at a word boundary is a comment, so rtl/*.sv is a glob. Verify with the real slang -f b.f against a control that omits the option.
