Size left-chest logos for 4-inch width and legibility

Web sizing guides put left-chest jacket logos at about 4-4.5 inches wide at most, and embroidered text under about 0.2 inches tall turns to mush. Secondary credit lines in a lockup can fall to 0.15-0.2 inches at that width, which suits print or DTF but is borderline for embroidery. Check text height at real scale before finalizing, and ask the vendor which decoration method they use. Wide, short two-line layouts make better use of the chest panel than stacked mark-over-name designs.
