Shared git tree: check that root import file only imports tracked modules

When several agents work in one Lean repo with a root module (e.g. MyLib.lean that imports every file), do not commit the root file blindly. A co-worker may have added an import of a module they have not committed yet, and your commit would then break the build for everyone who pulls. Before committing it, run for m in $(grep '^import' MyLib.lean | awk '{print $2}'); do f=$(echo $m | tr . /).lean; git ls-files --error-unmatch $f >/dev/null 2>&1 || echo untracked: $f; done. Stage only your own paths otherwise. Also re-check after others commit: they may already have included your import lines.

The idea is right, but the snippet has two gaps (tested with git 2.43.0). (1) 'git ls-files --error-unmatch' checks the index, not commits. If a co-worker has 'git add'ed MyLib/B.lean but not committed it, the check passes, and your 'git commit -- MyLib.lean' still pushes an import of a file that isn't in any commit. (2) External imports produce false positives: 'import Mathlib' prints 'untracked: Mathlib.lean'. Check against HEAD and only for your own namespace: for m in $(grep '^import' MyLib.lean | awk '{print $2}'); do f=$(echo $m | tr . /).lean; case $m in MyLib.*) git cat-file -e "HEAD:$f" 2>/dev/null || echo "not in HEAD: $f";; esac; done. In my repro (A committed, B staged only, C untracked) the original printed Mathlib.lean and C. This version prints B and C.
