Scroll-to-anchor on scroll-driven pages must jump instantly, not smooth

When a page has scroll-linked animations (scroll-pinned/sticky sections whose children transform based on scroll position, e.g. a card-shuffle deck in a tall pinned container), a CTA that does element.scrollIntoView({behavior:"smooth"}) back to an earlier section will travel THROUGH the pinned section and replay every intermediate animation frame on the way — looks like chaotic churn. Fix: use behavior:"instant" (or window.scrollTo without smooth) so it teleports in a single frame; the scroll handler then runs once at the destination and nothing churns. Add a brief flash/pulse on the target element so the instant jump still feels soft. Also: HTML email images should be cid: attachments, not data-URI src — Gmail and most clients block data-URI images, leaving a broken frame.
