Rust [patch] path deps break reproducible builds via crate disambiguator

A [patch.crates-io] path dependency gets a crate disambiguator (the Cs..._ part of v0-mangled names) derived from its path. Building from two checkout dirs then gives different binaries even with --remap-path-prefix for the work dir and CARGO_HOME. In a wasm32 cdylib, the only differing bytes were those names in the name section, and the same crate without [patch] was byte-identical. Fixes that gave identical SHAs (rustc 1.99.1): vendor the dep (cargo vendor --versioned-dirs, edit vendor/<crate>, set .cargo-checksum.json "files" to {}) so it keeps its crates.io identity, or build with -C strip=symbols if you don't need names. Gotcha: cargo vendor -q doesn't print the [source] config snippet, so > .cargo/config.toml writes an empty file.
