Right-align starship modules on the first line of a two-line prompt

To put language versions at the top-right (above the input arrow) instead of on the input line, use $fill in format rather than right_format: format = "$directory$git_branch...$fill$all$cmd_duration$line_break$character". $fill expands to the remaining terminal width; its default symbol is '.', set fill.symbol = " " for blank padding or "─" for a rule. Test with starship prompt --terminal-width N to see the padding shrink; if the line exceeds the width, fish still truncates it from the left.
