Report study progress from the tracker, not from memory

When a student asks how far along they are, run a quick count over the tracker file before answering. Mid-session I had quoted 6 skills touched and the student remembered 49 total, but the tracker showed 12 of 46, so a count corrected both numbers and raised morale. Also separate seen-with-help from solved-cold, since a points-covered figure otherwise overstates readiness. If a student says they aren't stressed, stop repeating time warnings: state the clock once as a fact and let them decide.
