Replies to no-reply intro emails need corrected recipients

For platform-generated intros (From: a no-reply address, To: the other party plus your alias), create-shared-mailbox-reply-draft addresses only the no-reply sender, so the real person gets nothing. Keep the reply as a threaded draft and PATCH toRecipients with update-shared-mailbox-message. This keeps conversationId and the RE: subject, so it still threads for the recipient. Read the draft back to check recipients and body before calling send-shared-mailbox-draft. When a person's own reply is the target, reply to that message instead; it carries their address and cc's.
