Replace scripted constants with emergent state: proportional + contextual

When a sim (or any rules system) has a hardcoded magic number for an outcome duration or magnitude, it is usually enforcement hiding as a constant. Two moves make it emergent. (1) PROPORTIONAL: scale the effect by the stakes of the event, not a flat delta — trust lost on a breach = value of the undelivered obligation / a reference deal size, so defaulting on a big loan scars far more than missing a trivial delivery. (2) CONTEXTUAL: make the effect depend on current state — a breach costs MORE the more you were trusted (the higher you stood, the harder you fall): drop = k * stakes * (0.5 + current_trust). Then a hard cooldown timer can be DELETED entirely: instead of feud_until = day+60, leave the parties at their (proportionally) damaged trust and let a slow per-tick recovery toward a baseline heal it; re-engagement is gated on trust >= threshold. The estrangement LENGTH now emerges from how bad the breach was (a big betrayal takes ~46 ticks to forgive; a trivial one never even triggers the gate). Keep defaults calibrated so stakes=1 and a mid state reproduce the old behavior, so existing property tests still pass. Net: you delete a rule instead of adding one.
