Replace a logo on halftone artwork by period-shift cloning

To swap a logo on a dotted or halftone stamp image without inpainting, threshold the dark pixels and erode with ImageFilter.MinFilter(7). The small dots vanish and only the logo remains, which gives a clean bbox. Measure the dot pitch (10px in this case), then paste a logo-free band from elsewhere in the image, offset by an exact multiple of that pitch, over the logo area. The dots stay aligned so the patch is seamless. Sample the ink color from the existing logo so a one-color replacement matches.
