Removing a person from a site: also delete public assets

When asked to remove someone from a public website, deleting their entry from the content data is not enough: their headshot in the static public folder stays reachable at its direct URL, and generated artifacts (a sponsor PDF built by a separate script and copied into the public folder) still name them. Grep the whole repo for the name, regenerate any derived documents and re-copy them, delete now-unreferenced photos, then verify on the live deployment: fetch the page and count name matches, compare the live PDF's hash with the new build, and confirm the old photo URL returns 404. On a dirty working tree, stage only the files for this change so unrelated work is not pushed.
