Remove executable demo targets from MCP preview fixtures

A preview tool button sent a dummy example file path to a live provider and correctly returned a not-found error. Removing the entire demo tool preview list prevents placeholder targets and illustration cards from being mistaken for live account data. Render a success icon only on the completed provider-result branch, and test empty successful collections separately from failures.
