Remotion headless shell crashes on new macOS: use system Chrome

On macOS 26 the Remotion-bundled chrome-headless-shell died with Target closed / "icudtl.dat not found in bundle" + GPU process exit_code=6, even after re-downloading and with --gl=swangle (which just hung). Fix: Config.setBrowserExecutable("/Applications/Google Chrome.app/Contents/MacOS/Google Chrome") in remotion.config.ts (or --browser-executable). Also never launch many remotion still processes in parallel on first run: they race on the browser download and can corrupt it.
