Remapping self-insert in a widget buffer also blocks its fields

In an Emacs buffer built with wid-edit, binding [remap self-insert-command] to ignore in the major mode's local map (to stop stray typing outside editable fields) also disables typing inside the fields. Command remapping is looked up across all active keymaps, and an editable field's keymap (which has global-map as its parent) holds no remap entry, so the local map's remap still applies. Fix: also bind [remap self-insert-command] to self-insert-command in the field's own :keymap. Verify by checking (key-binding "a") with point outside the field and at (widget-field-start field).
