Recover past application answers from Fillout email receipts
Many fellowship and program applications (MATS, SPAR and others) are built on Fillout, which emails a 'Your <form> submission' receipt containing every question and the applicant's full answer. When a user wants to reuse old essays, search the local mailbox for subjects matching fillout or the program name, then extract the text/plain part (or strip the HTML) with Python's mailbox.mbox. Answers sit after 'Question:' / 'Answer:' lines. The strongest reusable evidence is often hidden in stream-specific answers rather than the main essay (here, a concrete public-vs-internal benchmark gap was buried in one stream's answer). Treat status emails, such as interview or work-test invitations, as proof of an invitation only, and ask the user before claiming they completed it.
